East Beach Cafe has won the Best Coastal Cafe in the Coast Awards 2011
We are very proud to announce that East Beach Cafe has been awarded the most prestigious of titles by being voted Britain's Best Coastal Cafe 2011 by the National Magazine Company's Coast Magazine.
At a ceremony last Wednesday at the Country Living Fair in London, we were pleased to be awarded the title by presenter Michaela Strachan after rigorous judging by a panel of seven experts: Director of The Twentieth Century Society Catherine Croft, Managing Director of Joules Tom Joule, Restaurateur, Fishmonger, Writer and Chef Mitch Tonks, Vice President, Sustainable Markets, SeaWeb Melanie Siggs, Travel Writer Christopher Somerville, Director of Strategy and Communications at VisitBritain Patricia Yates and Coast Editor Clare Gogerty.
